Are you ready to realise your new year’s resolution of being more active in 2018??
January is a time when a lot of people make a resolution to be more active, but sadly only around 8% of people fulfil their resolution.
To help you make real change to be more active in 2018, we are running a New Year Dance Challenge to get you doing more dance-related exercise, and to set concrete and achievable goals for moving more.
You’ll be able to set your own objective about how often and how long you’ll exercise, eg 20 minutes a day, or 30 minutes 3 times a week
You’ll also be able to choose whether to do:
- dance conditioning style exercises
- short dance routines
- ballet barre exercises
- or a combination of the three
We’ll give you video and written guidelines and you’ll get lots of motivation and support through the Move Through Life Members’ Facebook page.
