Dance Classes for Adults in Aldinga

We're bringing our classes further south, starting with Mature Dance

About Mature Dance

A gentle, dance class for mature adults that includes a range of activities to maintain flexibility, range of motion, balance, coordination and strength.

Each class will draw from a range of dance styles, and give participants opportunities to master new movement skills through following short sequences, to develop a sense of community through moving as a group in social dances, and to enjoy the feeling of creative expression through the body. All activities can be adapted for a wide range of abilities.

Individual experience is acknowledged, no matter age, past training or physical proficiency of the participants.

Is this class for you?

This class is great for you if you’re aged 50+, you’re still pretty mobile, you like being active, and you live in the outer southern suburbs of Adelaide or Fleurieu Peninsula.
